The rental of the bareboat is timed, starting at 09:00 and ending at 18:00 (unless otherwise agreed to be noted on the contract) of each calendar day, the latter is the time of delivery of the vessel to the Lessor. In case of return outside the aforementioned time or when the distributor closes in port, the consumption of the fuel will be evaluated with a lump sum calculated in excess.
The Lessor reserves the unquestionable right to assess any damage and carry out the restoration work; if such damage does not fall within its competence, the Lessor reserves the unquestionable right to appoint an external company both to assess any damage and to carry out the restoration work.
He/she is not allowed to go more than 3 (THREE) miles from the coast.
Navigation is permitted only in the area between the Port of Talamone and the Port of Scarlino.
Do not keep on board: animals, weapons and / or drugs, including for personal use, as well as anything that involves criminal and / or civil risks for the lessor; Furthermore, it is not allowed to smoke, fish, use sharp objects, as well as sublease the unit or transfer the rights deriving from this contract to third parties.
When using the anchor make sure that the rope tied to it is secured to the hull; the loss of both the anchor and the chain with the rope will be charged to the tenant.
Periodically check the fuel level.
THE AWNING MUST BE SET CLOSED DURING NAVIGATION;
Children under the age of 16 cannot drive the boat, even in the presence of the conductor who has assumed command, who assumes all responsibility for this eventuality, as well as for the transport of minors.
The Lessor is not responsible for the weather and sea conditions, therefore if they change after the rental there is no refund. The Lessee is required to get informed of the weather and sea conditions.
The agreed price is limited to the rental of the vessel only, with the exclusion of fuel; the vessel will be delivered only for the ordinary cleaning to be carried out. In the case of extraordinary cleaning, the cost will be deducted from the deposit indicated below and any higher cost will be assessed on the spot.
The tenant acknowledges that he/she has read the contract carefully, to comply with the general rental conditions and the list of equipment prescribed on board, concerning the leased property and in particular the optimal conditions of the vessel and its components , assuming responsibility for any damage to moving and / or fixed parts.
A deposit of € 200,00 is given to the Lessor for any damage caused by incorrect use of the vessel by the tenant; any equipment or component of the vessel will be missing upon delivery will be charged to the tenant after evaluating the market price.
